Key Responsibilities
• Contact clients with client payments via phone calls, SMS, emails, Whatsapp.
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely follow-up.
• Urge the client to repay on time.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and repayment status.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries related to loan repayment.
• Meet monthly/weekly/daily recovery targets
Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 18-30 years old.
• MSCE certificate or above.
